REFUND POLICY

A request for Refund of order shall be valid and accepted only if they are made within 7 days in case of Wrong product or in transit as well.

We ship products to almost all the locations in the country. We use services of some of the leading courier companies in India.

Our aim is to deliver the products as fast as we can. We dispatch all orders within 48 hours of payment, Monday to Friday. It generally takes 5-7 working days to fulfill the delivery after the dispatch. However, due to uncertain circumstances like bad weather, flight delays, improper logistics infrastructure etc. the delivery might take longer.

Ayush Kalp team facilitates processing correct medicines as per orders and strives to service the medicines and products in right conditions/ without any damage every time a consumer places an order. We also strongly recommend the items are checked at the time of delivery.

Please note that orders and products shipped are not eligible for returns, refunds or exchange.
