We ship products to almost all the locations in the country. We use services of some of the leading courier companies in India.

Our aim is to deliver the products as fast as we can. We dispatch all orders within 48 hours of payment, Monday to Friday. It generally takes 5-7 working days to fulfill the delivery after the dispatch. However, due to uncertain circumstances like bad weather, flight delays, improper logistics infrastructure etc. the delivery might take longer.

Ayush Kalp team facilitates processing correct medicines as per orders and strives to service the medicines and products in right conditions/ without any damage every time a consumer places an order. We also strongly recommend the items are checked at the time of delivery.

Please note that orders and products shipped are not eligible for returns, refunds or exchange.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A request for cancellation of order shall be valid and accepted only if they are made within 24 (twenty-four) hours of placing the order on the Site.

Unfortunately, we are unable to add, change or amend the products on your order at all once it has been placed.

The customer can cancel the order for the product till Ayush Kalp ship it. Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
